Job Summary

Reporting to the senior sales executive.
The successful candidate will source for new leads and close sales to achieve targets in their region.
They will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing accounts, generating new leads and keeping abreast with the competition.
As a field sales person, they will be expected to work with minimal supervision.


Generating sales from existing customers Reviving dormant accounts.
Introduce new potential clients within the assigned region.
Understanding accounting documents and translate the same to the customer.
Coordinating the sales process and training the clients’ users.
Evaluating customer’s potential and exploiting them.
Evaluating customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Meet set regional targets as an individual and team.
Provide statistical feedback to supervisor Market research on competition.


Certificate or equivalent in sales & marketing
Proven vehicle tracking sales experience of minimum 2 years
Track record of achieving targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to plan, oversee and develop all sales activities across the country
Reporting to the manager Spot tracking.

Location: Nairobi
Minimum Qualification: Diploma
Experience Level: Mid-level
Experience Length: 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities

Work with Direct Sales Representatives to ensure consistent lead generation and sales.
Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the business guidelines or policies.
Supervise, organize and direct sales representative teams throughout the country.
Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
In charge of planning, overseeing, and development of all sales and marketing activities across the country.
Continuously responsible for identifying potential customers, establish contacts with them and recruit them as the Company customers.
Devising strategies and approaches of maintaining the existing customers.
Undertake the area market intelligence analysis on competition, trends and preferences, products review, etc.
Ensuring customer review is perfect by maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Undertake proactive but cost effective product placement, promotional approaches and brand visibility.
Ensuring client’s problems and challenges are identified and addressed promptly on time.
Coordinating with the sales and marketing department and other relevant departments for smooth operations.
Reviewing the existing communication strategies and improve them to perfection.
Reviewing customers relationship with the market, identify potential problems and correct the anomalies where existing.
In charge of product development.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Prepare and share relevant reports on timely basis
Any other duty as assigned


Regularly meets performance targets for Sales.
Plan activities for the direct sales team.

5 years’ experience in Sales
Previous experience in Vehicle tracking sales a must
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or relevant
Experience in Team leadership
Must demonstrate good understanding of the Vehicle tracking business
You will be working under targets
Good communication & Negotiation skills
Must demonstrate Self confidence
Presentation skills
